Mushroom French Bread Pizza

Serves 4

1/2 (16 oz) loaf French bread, split
1 can (8 oz) no-salt-added tomato sauce
1-1/2 C shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/2 Ib sliced fresh mushrooms, lightly sautéed
1 onion, sliced, sautéed
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced, sautéed
2 tsp dried oregano
1-1/2 T freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Spread tomato sauce evenly over the cut surfaces of the bread. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Arrange vegetables on the cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and oregano on top. Bake at 450° for 5 to 6 minutes or until the cheese melts: Serve immediately.
