Plum Red Wine Glaze*

Serving size: 2 T

1-1/2 C burgundy red wine
3/4 C sugar
6 overripe small tart Italian plums, pitted
Juice of 2 lemons

Boil wine and sugar to syrup stage. Add plums and again cook to syrup stage. Stir in lemon juice. Serve with Stuffed Leg of Goat.
