Red Garden Salad

Serves 4

1/3 C cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
2 T chopped red bell pepper
2 T thinly sliced radishes
1 small red onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
1/4 tsp dried dill
Black pepper to taste
1/2 C plain nonfat yogurt
2 C cooked and sliced new potatoes, warm

Blend all ingredients except potatoes and heat until warm, stirring frequently; do not boil. Toss warm potatoes in yogurt mixture. Serve immediately.
