Frozen Mocha

Serves 8

1-1/4 C plain nonfat yogurt
1-1/4 C 1% low-fat cottage cheese
3 T sugar
2 tsp instant coffee
2 tsp cocoa powder
2 egg whites
Melba Sauce

Purée yogurt, cottage cheese, and sugar until smooth. Blend in coffee, cocoa, and egg whites until smooth. Freeze according to preferred method. Pour equal amounts of Melba Sauce onto 8 dessert plates. Place a scoop of Frozen Mocha on each plate and garnish as desired.


  • Artificial sweetener to taste may be substituted for sugar.
