Holy Guacamole

Serving size: 2 T

1 C plain nonfat yogurt
2 scallions, chopped
1 T lemon juice
1-1/2 C mashed Florida avocado
1 medium tomato, chopped
4 oz can green chilies, chopped
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic

Blend all ingredients; adjust seasonings to taste. Chill before serving. Makes 2 C.


  • Nonfat cottage cheese can be substituted for the yogurt.
