Baked Tomatoes

Serves 4

4 ripe tomatoes, halved and seeded
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp pepper
1-1/2 tsp marjoram
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 C parsley, minced
2 T Parmesan cheese, grated

Put tomatoes in a baking dish, cut side up. Mix remaining ingredients except parsley and cheese; drizzle equal amounts on top of each tomato half. Sprinkle with parsley and cheese. Bake at 350° until lightly browned, about 20 minutes.
