Basil-Mustard Vinaigrette

Serving size: 1 T

2 T olive oil
1/4 C red wine vinegar
1-1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp leaf basil, crumbled
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp pepper

Shake all ingredients in a covered container until well blended. Makes about 1/3 C.
