Cucumber-Dill Sauce

Serving Size: 1 T

3/4 C plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 C nonfat mayonnaise
1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 C diced unpeeled cucumber
1 T minced fresh onion
1/4 tsp dried dill

Mix all ingredients well. Cover and chill 30 minutes. Stir just before serving.

Makes 1-1/2 C.


  • Serve with baked fish, hot vegetables, or as a salad dressing.
