Cauliflower Stir-Fry

Serves 4

2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 C sliced onion
3 C cauliflower florets, steamed and drained
1-1/2 C snow peas, trimmed
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 C sliced mushrooms
1 tsp marjoram

Sauté garlic and onion until onion is translucent. Toss in remaining ingredients and stir-fry briefly, until vegetables are hot but still crisp-tender. Heat to serving temperature.


  • Broccoflower can be substituted for the cauliflower.
