Herbed Brussels Sprouts
Serves 8
1 T scallions, sliced in thin rings
1 T lemon juice
1/4 tsp marjoram
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp thyme
2 lb Brussels sprouts, steamed and hot
Warm all ingredients except Brussels sprouts in a skillet. Pour over hot cooked Brussels sprouts, tossing to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
