Tomato Salsa*
Serving size: 2 T
3 tomatoes, finely chopped
2 Anaheim chilies, chopped
1/2 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T sugar
Mix all ingredients. Allow flavors to blend for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
Serve with Snapper Soft Tacos.
