Mock Sour Cream 2

Serving size: 1 T

1 C low-fat (1%) cottage cheese
1/4 C nonfat buttermilk

Process cottage cheese and buttermilk in a blender until smooth. Store, tightly covered, in the refrigerator. Use to replace sour cream in dishes that will be heated or cooked. Makes 1-1/4 C.
