Citrus Vinaigrette
Serving size: 1 T
1/4 C unsweetened orange juice
2 T lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 T low-sodium soy sauce
Grated rind of 2 oranges
Grated rind of 1 lime
2 T balsamic vinegar
1/4 C canola oil
Shake all ingredients together in a tightly covered container until well mixed. Makes 1 C.
Suggestion:
- Serve with seafood.
