Muesli
Serves 2
1/2 C oat bran
1 C rolled oats
1 C plain low-fat yogurt
1 T unsalted sunflower seeds
2 kiwis, sliced
Mix oat bran, oats, and yogurt. (Thin with skim milk if desired.) Refrigerate overnight in a tightly covered container. Spoon into 2 cereal bowls and top with sunflower seeds and kiwis.
Suggestions:
• Other fresh or dried fruit may be substituted for the kiwi.
• Cinnamon or other spices to taste may be stirred into the muesli.
