Strawberry Clouds
Serves 8
3-oz pkg strawberry gelatin
1-1/2 C boiling water
2 C strawberries, sliced
2 C plain nonfat yogurt
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add strawberries and chill until slightly thickened. Sweeten to taste. Fold in yogurt until completely blended. Spoon into 8 custard cups or dessert dishes. Chill thoroughly.
Suggestions:
- Low-calorie gelatin may be used.
- Black cherry or raspberry gelatin, with matching fresh fruit, may be substituted for the strawberry gelatin and fresh strawberries.
