Graham Cracker Crust
Serves 8
10 graham crackers, finely crushed
2 T margarine, melted
Mix crumbs with margarine. Press into 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 375° for 8 minutes or microwave on high for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes, turning at 1 minute.
Cool before filling.
Suggestion:
- Zwieback crackers, vanilla wafers, or ginger snaps (2/3 C crumbs) may be substituted for the graham crackers.
