Substitutes for Sugar in Baking
To replace 1 C of granulated sugar with a liquid sweetener (like honey), use the amount of sweetener shown in the second column and subtract the amount in the third column from the other liquids (milk, juice, etc.) used in the recipe:

Note: Confectioners’ sugar cannot be used as a substitute for table sugar in baking.
