Maple-Orange Glaze
Serving size: 1 T
1/2 C reduced-calorie maple syrup
1/2 C orange juice
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 C low-sugar orange marmalade
Cook all ingredients in a small, heavy saucepan over very low heat, whisking briskly until the cranberry sauce is melted. Do not boil. Brush the glaze on poultry or ham 2 or 3 times during the last 30 minutes of baking. Makes 1-1/2 C.
