Peach Freeze
Series 4
2 C peeled and mashed fresh peaches (leave some small chunks)
1 C plain nonfat yogurt
2 T sugar
1/2 tsp almond exact
1/4 tsp orange extract
1 pkg (1/4 02) unflavored gelatin dissolved in 1/4 C water
Mix peaches, yogurt, extracts, and sugar. Stir in gelatin, blending well.
Freeze, covered, for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
Suggestions:
- Apricots, nectarines, or plums may be substituted for the peaches.
