Breast of Chicken Creole*

Serves 1

1/8 tsp basil leaves and thyme leaves, freshly chopped
1/2 boneless, skinless chicken breast (4 oz)
1 oz Creole Sauce
1-1/2 oz water
2 turns freshly ground pepper (from peppermill)

Place all ingredients in a baking pan. Bake at 380° for 15 minutes. Slice the chicken breast on a bias cut. Top with sauce and serve.
